I am a private chef based out of Southwest Colorado who believes that how we eat is how we live. My experience is that food invites us into a deeper conversation with self, community, and earth.
An avid adventurer, I believe that adventures both await in the mountains... and on your plate. I am a social worker by trade and believe in meeting people where they're at, whether that's in your personal journey or through a culinary adventure.
I am passionate about sourcing ingredients from local farmers who work to support regenerative agriculture, thereby engaging in a process of reciprocity with lands with which we live.
I offer private dining experiences based on what's seasonal, local and organic, and I am happy to support clients based on their specific needs.
As a private chef, I specialize in dietary restrictions ranging from preferences to allergies. I am just as comfortable making Whole30 "peanut noodles" as I am whipping up gluten-free vegan chocolate fudge (a fan favorite, even from those who aren't gluten free or vegan!).
